Process of Momos Wrapping technique
Wrapping is the first process in making momo. Take a large bowl, combine 4-5 cups of flour, water as per need, and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Then work for 5-10 minutes until the dough becomes soft, cover it, and take a 1-hour rest. After that, please take out the dough and place it on a clean wooden surface and check a small portion of dough whether it is properly mixed or not. If properly mixed, make a small ball of about 1 inch, flatten it with your palm and make it circular with a rolling pin on a wooden surface. If you have a large wooden surface, flatten the entire dough and give it a circular shape with glass. (it can save your time).

Process of wrapping Momo
The wrapping momo is important and challenging part. Also requires both patience and technique. It may be time-consuming if you don’t know the proper techniques.
Here is the direction for wrapping momos: Hold the wrapper in your hand and then place the mince mixture in the middle of the wrapper. The wrapping process is an important part of the entire momo experience, and it requires a bit of patience and a bit of technique. Then, raise the wrapper’s front part by squeezing the wrapper’s side with your thumb finger and making a crease with your index finger. Repeat this process until you close the mouth of the wrapper with the shape of a half moon. Make sure that while wrapping, the mixture is not spilling out; if so, you can use your finger to press.
Cooking momos part
Put enough water at the bottom of the streamer, put the streamer on the gas/stove, and boil the water. Rub some oil into small holes or steamer racks so that dumplings do not stick while cooking. After this, arrange the dumpling in the steamer and cover it for about 12 -15 minutes for a single steamer rack. If your streamer has two racks, cook it for 10 minutes, switch the top rack with the button rack, and cook for 5 minutes. Now your jhol momo and jhol achar is ready; put momo in a bowl, add jhol in a bowl, squeeze lemon juice, and enjoy it.
